Opening mid July, we’re building the leadership team for an exciting brand-new venue in Brabham and are looking for passionate hospitality leaders ready to help shape something from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity to join a new opening, build your team, influence the culture, and be part of creating a vibrant local venue from day one.
We’re currently hiring:
- Assistant Venue Managers (AVM)
- Duty Managers (DM)
- Supervisors (casual opportunities)
About the Roles
Working closely with the venue leadership team, you’ll help oversee daily operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Leading and supporting teams on shift
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Operational compliance
- Cash handling and operational procedures
- Training and mentoring team members
- Maintaining high venue standards
- Supporting the successful opening and ongoing operations of the venue
About You
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous hospitality leadership experience
- A hands-on and team-focused approach
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Gaming and liquor compliance knowledge
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and team development
